99qq (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an online gaming service operating under an international license. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 99qq and its users.

• The name, address, and mobile number registered on your account must be accurate and may be subject to verification.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 99qq reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account at any time if suspicious activity is detected.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use 99qq's services. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.

• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region where you reside.
• Bangladeshi nationals are solely responsible for complying with their local laws.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any bonus not used within the specified period will be forfeited.

• The minimum deposit is BDT 100, with a maximum subject to the applicable daily limit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500, with a maximum daily withdrawal limit in place.
• The name on your account must match the name on your mobile banking account when making a withdrawal.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
